Histopathological Study of Endometritis of the cows

[摘要] The present study was designed to investigate histopathological changes of endometritis in cows. 32 specimens of uteri of normal cows were collected from AL-Diwanyia slaughter house during 3 muonths twice weekly. All these specimens were cut and prepared for histopathological sections , then stained with haematoxyline and eosin stain and it examined under light microscope, the result showed hyperplasia of epithelial layer of uterus , sever infiltration of inflammatory cells ,atrophy of uterine glands with hemorrhage and serous edema in the uterine tissue in some cases.
