Isolation and identification of some microbial pollutants for some types of flavoured milk in Diwania city

[摘要] Flavoured milk is food commonly used by children in Iraq. It form a dangerous challenge to public health for children.This study was under taken on 04 samples of flavoured milk from different flavoures and origins and includes 9 samples( for each types. The samples were collected randomly of Diwania city .During a period from may to august determine the microbial load for it. All samples used in this study showed positive growth of different types of bacteria (Brucilla , Listeria ,aerobic total bacteria , Coliform bacteria and yeast and mold.
