Expert’s Comment concerning Grand Rounds Case entitled “The natural history of thoracolumbar kyphosis in achondroplasia” by Ahmed M, El-Makhy M, Grevitt M (Eur Spine J; 2016: https://doi.org/10.1007/s00586-016-4861-1)

[摘要] This paper is extremely useful in identifying the signifcant management problems that this complex cohort of patients presents [1]. These problems are well illustrated by case histories of three patients with varying symptoms and very diferent natural histories, with a common diagnosis of thoracolumbar kyphosis in association with achondroplasia.
