[摘要] We thank the authors of this letter for their comments and viewpoints on our manuscript “Bacteria: back pain, leg pain and Modic sign—A surgical multicentre comparative study”. The authors raise several concerns regarding the methodology, and specifcally regarding the diferent results of the DNA analyses and the culturing techniques. We comment below on the methodologies used.
