Letter to the Editor concerning “Comparison of cervical sagittal parameters among patients with neck pain and healthy controls: a comparative cross-sectional study” by Jouibari MF, et al. (Eur Spine J; 2019: https://doi.org/10.1007/s00586-019-06117-8
[摘要] Recently, the interesting original article entitled “Comparison of cervical sagittal parameters among patients with neck pain and healthy controls: a comparative cross-sectional study” written by Jouibari et al. [1], demonstrating the differences in the cervical sagittal parameters between patients with non-specifc neck pain and asymptomatic, has been published in the European Spine Journal. We appreciate their eforts put forth in collating and analyzing such data. However, I frmly believe that the strength of a good study lies in its methodology and in the relevance of the questions the authors ask themselves before setting out to conduct the study. There are several concerns and suggestions that may help their or the subsequent studies improve the implication of the fndings of the study.
