[摘要] We would like to thank the authors of the Letter to the Editor concerning our recent publication titled “Age- and sexrelated changes in facet orientation and tropism in lower lumbar spine: an MRI study of 600 patients [1]” for reading and providing a platform for further discussion regarding the facet ergonomics, which is our feld of research interest. We have tried to answer the query raised in the following sections.
