Distal radioulnar joint arthroplasty with implants: a systematic review

[摘要] A destroyed distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) can be reconstructed by fusion, resection and/or interposition of soft tissue or arthroplasty. Fusion is not desirable, as pronosupination is second only to thumb opposition in the evolution of the upper limb and refinement in manipulation.
