[摘要] Osteoarthritis (OA) of the ankle occurs in approximately 1% of the population, and the majority of patients have developed secondary arthritis due to fractures around the ankle joint.1 Primary degenerative arthritis, with no history of trauma or underlying disease, constitutes a relatively small proportion of ankle arthritis.1 Ankle arthritis has low prevalence compared with knee or hip arthritis, but once it progresses, it can lead to pain, dysfunction and abnormal gait.
