IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING THE PUBLIC HEALTH LEADERSHIP

[摘要] Working in a resource-poor setting toattain a project goal is always consideredas a challenge to the professionals. Theterms ‘Leader’ and ‘Supervisor’ areaccepted in a working organisation, andhence, these two are known to be theimplementer of a project. A supervisordeals with a magnitude of the problemafter consulting with his team explicitly,and the team member work together toaccomplish projects. Governance orleadership should play the vital role tointerlink all the components existing in ahealth system. For example, a good healthsystem should carry essential functionsunder six building blocks framework ofWHO: provision of health servicesefficiently, developing health workforce,mobilising and allocating finances,establishing a good information channel,and ensuring a health system leadership.1Leadership contributes the essential role tomaintain all of these functions effectively(Figure 1). Therefore, understanding thetheory of leadership and how leader caninfluences a team work is important.
