START WRITING IN A REFLECTIVE JOURNAL: A STRATEGY TO ENHANCE CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS OF HEALTH PRACTITIONERS

[摘要] Due to the complexity of the today’shealth problems, increased agingpopulation, and complex diseases, publichealth and nurse professionals, as frontlinehealth workers, are required to usetheir critical thinking skills to makedecision. In fact, most of the time they acteffectively without using critical thinkingas many decisions are mainly based onhabit and have a minimum reflection,1which may impact to poor health outcome.Therefore, the strategy to foster criticalthinking skill is needed.
