Ultra-broadband spectrometer on a chip of picometer scale resolution

[摘要] A reconfigurable photonic integrated circuit was developed to operate as an ultra-broadband spectrometer on SiN chip resolving spectral lines with picometer precision and thermal stability of ±2 °C.
