Computation of Tense-Deformed State of the Die Mold Matrix

[摘要] A method of computation of the tense-deformed state of the die mold matrix is described in the given article. Using the criterion of the same durability an algorithm of minimization of its weight is built after the structural parameters. The stress-strain state of the matrix was calculated in the AUTODESK INVENTOR . Research and analysis of the stress-strain state of the matrix was carried out and its optimal parameters were determined. As a result, it makes it possible to optimize the structure of the matrix in terms of stiffness and stability and ensure its optimal performance.
