On the need to include prestressed steel structures in the standard EN 1993. Load-bearing capacity of steel tensioners according to the rules of EN 1993

[摘要] This report draws attention to the absence of prestressed steel structures in the EN 1993 standard. He pleads for the correction of this omission. As an example of the difficulties in the transition of research to the statements of the European Guides, the problem of determining the bearing capacity of tensioners on prestressed structures has been developed.
