Del Nido cardioplegia: Questions and (some) answers

[摘要] Choice between conventional and del Nido cardioplegia. There is some consensus that del Nido cardioplegia can be used for short cases with normal ejection fraction, but there remains persistent uncertainty in its use for more complex cases, such as those with poor ejection fraction and those with long ischemic time.
