Letter to the Editor concerning “Radiofrequency ablation is as safe and effective as surgical excision for spinal osteoid osteoma: a systematic review and meta-analysis” by Sangiorgio A, et al. [Eur Spine J (2023): doi:10.1007/s00586-022–07411-8]

[摘要] We read with great interest the article by Sangiorgio A, et al.[1] that evaluated safety and efcacy of RFA. The metaanalysis found high success rates for both surgical and RFAtreatments, and both treatments were efcient in pain reliefand presented a low rate of recurrences and complications.However, we would like to point out several concerns.
