Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome
[摘要] A 70-year-old man with dyslipidemia and new-onset hypertension presented to the emergency room with nausea, fatigue, and confusion. His blood pressure was 148/87 mm Hg. Computed tomography (CT) without contrast was performed as part of the evaluation of his acute-onset altered mental status, and showed no acute intracranial abnormalities (Figure 1).
