Schenone and Lincoff about aspirin forprimary prevention in your May 2020 issue.1I wanted to note that the statement in greenon page 303, “Statins may dilute the potential benefi t of aspirin,” confl icts with what Ihave read regarding statins’ ability to improveaspirin resistance.
