Leriche syndrome

[摘要] A 53-year-old man with a 2-month history of progressive pain and intermittent claudication of both lower extremities presented to the outpatient clinic. He was a smoker and had untreated diabetes mellitus, but he had no previous cardiovascular or gastrointestinal problems. He also denied any drug misuse, lead poisoning, ergotism, or abdominal injury.
