[摘要] A 21-year-old woman presents with positional lightheadedness when going from supine to sitting or standing, which is associated with prominent heart palpitations without any overt syncope. She has experienced the symptoms for several years, but the frequency has progressively increased from a few times a month to many times a day. Also, she has a history of unexplained gastrointestinal symptoms including bloating, nausea, and cramping.
