Pregnancy in a woman with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries
[摘要] A 28-year-old woman with a history of complex congenital heart disease presents to an urgent care center with nausea and emesis, which have been worsening for 3 days. She also reports 2 weeks of constipation, with bowel movements occurring approximately every 3 days. Her most recent medical contact was 3 weeks ago for management of sinusitis that had failed to improve with azithromycin therapy. One week before the current presentation, she was prescribed trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole for this issue. She says she has had no recent fever, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, or chest pain.
