[摘要] A 65-year-old man is hospitalized with mild dyspnea and myalgias. After an initial nasopharyngeal swab is negative for SARS-CoV-2, the hospital staff requests that special respiratory precautions be discontinued without a second test. They cite a low observed yield of repeated testing and the burden of precautions on workflow.
