Fever, rash, pruritus: Sweet syndrome

[摘要] A 40-year-old man with a history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, but taking no medications, presented to the hospital with a 5-day history of fever, rash, and pruritus. The patient initially presented to an urgent care center, where he received intramuscular and oral antibiotics, but his symptoms continued to worsen.
