Transforming training for today

[摘要] One year ago the CFPC released the final reportof our Outcomes of Training project,1 a culmination of 4 years of field research and expertpanel consultations across Canada designed to optimize and transform family medicine training in ourcountry. The 4 recommendations and 16 supportingactions in the report propose changes to help futurefamily doctors achieve the competencies they need topractise, while also taking into account the uniquelybroad scope of Canadian family practice.
