The Potential of Lysophospholipids as Pathological Biomarkers and their Pathological Roles in Producing Enzymes
[摘要] Lysophospholipids (LPLs) are a class of phospholipids that have been studied for their potential as biomarkers for various pathologicalconditions. These compounds are generated through the action of enzymes such as Phospholipase A2 (PLA2) and Lysophospholipase D(lysoPLD) on phospholipids in cell membranes. The resulting LPLs can act as signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellularprocesses, but they can also have pathological effects when their levels become dysregulated.
