Special Issue: RECOMB 2022, Part 2

[摘要] This volume contains the second half of a selected subset of articles that appeared in the 26th AnnualInternational Conference on Research in Computational Molecular Biology (RECOMB). RECOMB 2022was held in person in La Jolla, California, USA, during May 22–25. This year, 40 articles were selected from 188submissions for presentation and incorporation in the RECOMB 2022 proceedings. Each of these 40 articles wasreviewed by members of the program committee (PC), often with the help of additional external reviewers.After initial reviews, articles were opened to discussion among the PC reviewers and PC chair beforefinal decisions were made. Following a long tradition, accepted articles were invited for submission to aspecial issue of the Journal of Computational Biology. Authors were also given the option of submitting acompanion short software article.
