Case Report: We report a case of an undifferentiated carcinoma of pancreas (UCP) in a young male who presented with short history of painless progressive jaundice, dyspnea, dry cough and recent weight loss. Imaging studies (CECT) revealed an ill-defined hypo-enhancing mass noted in the pancreatic head region encasing vessels.
