Endodontology is now a scopus-indexed journal

[摘要] Dear fraternal colleagues, It is indeed a milestone moment in the evolution of our Endodontology journal as we have now become a Scopus-indexed journal. Indexing in reliable and reputable databases is of paramount importance as it provides a credible platform for both authors and readers to disseminate and imbibe relevant scientific literature. Scopus is one of the largest and reputed citation databases for scientific literature. The University Grants Commission of India assesses the academic output of both academicians and institutions based on the publications that are indexed with Scopus. Hence, this indexing of Endodontology with Scopus is of significant importance for Indian endodontic research. On behalf of the editorial team of Endodontology, I would like to place on record that this milestone has been achieved due to the combined efforts of the editorial team, the intellectual contribution, our reviewer panel, and our authors along with the meaningful support of our publishers. This achievement sets the tone for us to further improve the quality of endodontic research emanating through our journal. We look forward to moving ahead and getting our journal indexed in PubMed in the near future. Endodontology journal also conducted an Annual Symposium on Research and Publications on June 6, 2021.
