Malignant Granular Cell Tumour of the Thigh with Lung Metastases in a Young Woman; A Rare Presentation

[摘要] Granular Cell Tumour (GCT) is an uncommonsoft tissue neoplasm. Majority of GCT arebenign involving the soft tissue of the headand neck region. However, few showmalignant behaviour with local recurrenceand distant metastases often involving thelower extremities. Here we report a rare caseof malignant granular cell tumour in a 33-year-old woman involving the left thigh withregional lymph node and multiple lungmetastases.
