Histopathology Quiz

[摘要] A 60-year-old woman presented to the ENTclinic with painless enlargement of the leftside of the upper neck for two years. Onexamination, there was a swelling in theparotid area measuring 3 x 2 cm. The lumpwas firm, mobile not attached to the skin ordeeper tissue. Ultrasound scan of the neckshowed an enlarged left parotid gland, withmultiple areas of hypo-echogenicity.
