The Global Primary Care Crisis

[摘要] In November the US-based CommonwealthFund published the 2022 International HealthPolicy Survey of Primary Care Physicians.They conducted research in 10 high-incomecountries looking at workload, burnout, andthe career plans of doctors. The news is notgood. There may be many variations in howcare is organised but it seems that the primarycare crisis is a global one. The pandemichas stretched all systems and workforceshortages are a near universal problem.
