Cervical Causes

[摘要] In my orthopedic practice I often see patients referred to me for vertigo/dizziness, with the question of a causal involvement of the cervical spine in triggering the symptoms. The clinical—and often also radiological—diagnostic evaluation in adults often showed degenerative changes and functional disorders of the cervical spine. After treating these conservatively, the symptom “vertigo” in some cases resolved too. I wish to ask the authors the following questions.
