Cancer Stem Cells: Future Possibilities for Cancer Therapy

[摘要] Cancer is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality globally, accounting for around 20% of all deaths indeveloped countries. Several new diagnostic and therapyoptions for cancer patients have emerged as a result of clinical and preclinical research on cancer, representing a signifcant step towards the treatment and prevention of cancer. The heterogeneity of cancer is one of the factors thatcontributes to the failure of treatment and the progressionof the disease.
