Quality indicators in lung cancer: a review and analysis

[摘要] Optimal management of patients diagnosedwith lung cancer is rapidly evolving withupdated evidence, and is often complexand involves multimodality treatment thatrequires a coordinated approach. Internationally, numerous clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) have been developed in orderto provide a framework for evidence-basedbest practice care to guide clinician decisionmaking.1 How CPGs and other standard ofcare are implemented into daily practiceneeds to be measured to be able to identifyareas for quality improvement and addressbarriers to care, to ensure the delivery ofhigh-quality care.
