Operational reflections on what contributes to building a successful Project ECHO network

[摘要] Project ECHO (Extension for CommunityHealthcare Outcomes) is an online telementoring programme that uses technologies suchas Zoom to facilitate and support communities of practice for health and social carepractitioners. It democratises and encouragessharing of knowledge between specialists andpractitioners working at different levels of thehealth system, and improves health outcomesfor patients by reducing health disparitiesand barriers to accessing treatment.1 Using ahub and spoke model, practitioners workingat primary and community levels are remotelyconnected to each other as well as to specialistpractitioners working at higher levels of thehealth system.
