Noted tension headache, anxiety, and depression in a Chinese patient with spinocerebellar ataxia, autosomal recessive 10 caused by a novel anoctamin 10 mutation

[摘要] Spinocerebellar ataxia, autosomal recessive10 (SCAR10) is a rare neurogenetic diseasedue to anoctamin 10 (ANO10) mutations.[1]Herein, we report a Chinese SCAR10patient with a novel nonsense mutationsite in ANO10 gene and highlight severalinfrequent clinical manifestations.
