[摘要] The value of in vivo peptide receptor targeting for imagingand treating oncologic patients is well accepted and implementedin clinical practice. A prime example is somatostatin receptor(SSTR)–targeted peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT),which relies on an image-and-treat approach (theranostics), a rapidly evolving clinical concept in patients with neuroendocrinetumors (NETs).
