Pseudo-Ludwig angina

[摘要] An 83-year-old woman with hypertension, hypothyroidism, and a history ofdepression presented to the emergency department with acute shortness of breath andhypoxia. She was found to have submassivepulmonary embolism, and a heparin infusionwas started immediately.
