A complication of enoxaparin injection

[摘要] A 78-year-old woman presented to theemergency department with shortnessof breath and palpitations and was found tohave atrial fi brillation with rapid ventricularresponse. Medical therapy with drug therapyand cardioversion proved ineffective. Shethen underwent atrioventricular node ablation and placement of a pacemaker.
