[摘要] A 35-year-old woman is admitted to thehospital with a 5-day history of abdominal distention and jaundice. She reports nohistory of fever, chills, night sweats, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, changesin urine color, change in stool color, weightloss, weight gain, or loss of appetite. She is petite, with a body mass index of19.4 kg/m2. She has no known history of medical conditions or surgery and is not taking anymedications. Her family history is unremarkable, and she denies current or past tobacco,alcohol, or illicit drug use.
