Desquamating pustular rash

[摘要] A 66-year-old man presented with burning pain and erythema over the left axilla, and pustules that had ruptured and crustedover. The rash also involved the right axilla,trunk, abdomen, and face. He said the symptoms had developed 3 daysafter starting to use ciprofl oxacin eye drops foreye redness and purulent discharge that hadbeen diagnosed as bacterial conjunctivitis. Hewas taking no other new medications. He wasafebrile.
