An obese 48-year-old man with progressive fatigue and decreased libido

[摘要] A 48-year-old man presents to his primarycare physician because of progressivelydecreasing energy and gradual decline in bothlibido and erectile function for the past 18months. He has noticed decreased morningerections as well. He rates his libido at 3 to 4on a scale of 10 for the past 6 months. He alsoreports poor motivation, depressed mood, impaired concentration, and sleep disturbances.He reports no hair loss, headache, or dizziness,and no decrease in shaving frequency. Reviewof his systems is otherwise unremarkable.
