Generation of a human embryonic stem cell line targeted homozygous deletion of BMP10 (WAe007-A-2) by CRISPR/Cas9-dgRNA

[摘要] BMP10 signaling has been implicated in regulation of cardiovascular cell fate determination and diseases, while the underlying molecular mechanism still remains uncertain. Here, the human embryonic stem cell line (H7- BMP10 del ) with homozygous deletion of BMP10 was generated by CRISPR/Cas9 method. Thus, the crosstalk related to BMP10 signaling could be investigated in cell fate determination and the molecular pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease.
