Abstract 1: Quantifying the effect of image quality on three-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography

[摘要] Three-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography(3D-STE) is believed to be influenced by the imagequality, although quantitative evidence on this is limited.A previous evaluation indicated that sub-optimal imagequality introduces a systematic bias in 3D-STE derivedleft ventricular (LV) deformation indices (1, 2). Therefore,we aimed to quantify the extent of bias in proportion toimpairment in image quality.
