Transverse myelitis after anti-CD19 directed CAR T cell therapy for relapsed large B cell lymphoma
[摘要] Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy has transformed thecare of patients with relapsed/refractory large B cell lymphoma andis associated with unique toxicities, in particular cytokine releasesyndrome (CRS) and neurotoxicity/immune effector cell-associatedencephalopathy syndrome (ICANS) [1–3]. The pathophysiology of neurotoxicity with CAR T cell therapy is not well understood, and a spectrum of presentations is increasingly recognized. Here we report thecase of a patient who developed transverse myelitis after receivingCAR T cell therapy.
