18 FDG-avid cholesterol granuloma mimicking residual aggressive lymphoma after chemotherapy

[摘要] A 54-year-old man presented with abdominal pain, drenching nightsweats, weight loss and left inguinal lymphadenopathy, which wasbiopsy-proven to be follicular lymphoma with transformation to diffuselarge B-cell lymphoma. A staging 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose-positronemission tomography (FDG-PET) revealed extensive, metabolicallyactive lymphadenopathy, pleural and peritoneal nodules, and T12involvement (Figure 1A).
