Bing-Neel syndrome

[摘要] A 78-year-old man presented with a medical history of immunoglobulin M (IgM) kappa monoclonal gammopathy first detected by serumprotein electrophoresis (SPEP) over two decades ago. He was diagnosed with lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL) with minimal marrow involvement, consistent with Waldenström macroglobulinemia(WM). WM is typically associated with MYD88 L265P somatic mutation.
