Perovskite sensitized 2D photodiodes

[摘要] A new type of perovskite sensitized programmable WSe2 photodiode is constructed based on MAPbI3/WSe2 heterojunction, presenting flexible reconfigurable characteristics and prominent optoelectronic performances.
