An evaluation of marine microwave precision systems

[摘要] Quarter-wave tidal resonance in the Bristol Channel - Celtic Sea shelf area is investigated using a simple one-dimensional numerical model. It is found that semi-diurnal resonant modes extending across the shelf are possible. The effects of tidal barrages on resonant period are determined.
