Out from the haze

[摘要] On the 1st of July 2007, England instituted a ban on smoking in all enclosed public places. In the preceding six months, the UK government's health department spent 8.7 million on an advertising campaign to educate English citizens about second-hand smoke and prepare business for the change. Despite all the strongly worded advertising campaigns, the health benefits of smoking bans for non-smokers have been controversial.
