Four years on, no transgenes found in Mexican maize
[摘要] Genetically modified maize was thought to have infected the traditional maize crop with transgenes in Oaxaca, Mexico, 2001. However the inverse-PCR methodology used to deduce this has since been questioned, and recent crop analysis has revealed an unmodified maize crop. Some speculate that the fields were cleared of transgenes through education of local farmers and a reduction in GM imports.
